摘要： 患者女，34岁，因头顶毛发逐渐稀疏10余年于2023年9月就诊。患者自幼卷发，10年前开始无明显诱因头顶部毛发逐渐稀疏，发缝逐渐增宽，症状进行性加重。患者长期戴假发，父亲有雄激素性秃发……
