摘要： 患者男，34岁，因头面、躯干及四肢红斑、丘疹、糜烂20余年于2023年8月23日就诊于我科。患者自13岁起，头皮及双手背出现红斑、丘疹，当地医院给予外用水杨酸制剂及尿素霜处理后皮损稍有好转……
