摘要： 患者女，49岁，因多关节肿痛4年，躯干、四肢瘀点瘀斑11个月于2021年8月就诊。患者2017年出现多关节肿痛，累及双手、双踝、双膝，无晨僵、发热，无皮疹，至当地诊所服用中药治疗，半年后缓解……
