摘要： 患者男，39岁，5个月前生殖器出现黄豆大小丘疹，逐渐发展为无痛性溃疡，后自行愈合。2个月前躯干、四肢出现多个黄豆至蚕豆大小散在分布的暗红色斑块，伴轻微瘙痒，自行外用“丹皮酚软膏”无效，皮疹逐渐增多……
