摘要： 患者男，19岁，因全身红斑、鳞屑伴瘙痒半年、加重10 d于2022年10月20日就诊。半年前患者无明显诱因背部出现散在红斑、鳞屑，伴瘙痒，当地医院初步诊断为“银屑病”，予外用药物（不详）治疗，效果欠佳，皮疹逐渐蔓延至全身……
