摘要： 患者男，45岁，因周身红斑丘疹伴剧烈瘙痒就诊。患者2年前无明显诱因出现面部红斑丘疹伴瘙痒，重时有渗液，口服中药后皮损消退，但因用药后腹泻中断中药。皮损逐渐扩至颈部、躯干四肢，口服抗组胺药物后部分消退，但因丙氨酸转氨酶和天冬氨酸转氨酶升高停用……
