摘要： 患者女，50岁，因发热、颈部肿物4个月、全身皮疹2个月于2021年6月15日入院。4个月前无明显诱因出现发热，最高体温38.5℃，伴畏寒、头痛，颈部淋巴结肿大、疼痛，外院予抗感染、止痛等治疗无好转……
