摘要： 患者男，16岁，因面部红斑丘疹伴轻微瘙痒1年，泛发全身4个月就诊。1年前，患者无明显诱因面部出现蚕豆至鸽蛋大小红斑，散在粟粒大小丘疹，自觉轻微瘙痒，日晒后加重，外用他克莫司软膏治疗无好转……
