摘要： 患儿女，1岁8个月，因面部、躯干、四肢咖啡色斑疹于2018年9月就诊。患儿出生即发现面部、躯干、四肢存在褐色斑疹，皮疹随年龄成比例增大，颜色无改变。曾多次于外院诊断“牛奶咖啡斑”。患儿曾于6、9月龄时出现2次阴道出血，量少，自行停止……
