摘要： 患者女，35岁，因周身红斑、水疱、表皮松解伴发热5 d入院。入院前5 d因着凉发热，就诊于外院，予复方对乙酰氨基酚片、头孢呋辛酯等对症治疗，后躯干出现红斑、水疱，逐渐扩散至全身，部分红斑、水疱融合，至外院就诊，考虑为急性上呼吸道感染、重症多形红斑……
