摘要： 患者男，43岁，周身红斑鳞屑20年，手足关节肿胀疼痛12年，于2020年5月就诊。患者20年前出现四肢黄豆大小红斑，上覆白色鳞屑，易刮除，就诊于当地医院，诊断为银屑病，予外用药治疗（具体不详），皮疹反复发作……
