摘要： 患者女，52岁，无明显诱因下右足跟部出现黑色斑片2年并逐步增大，黑斑上出现一黄豆大小结节伴破溃、糜烂3个月就诊。患者无慢性发热、进行性消瘦，无胸闷、心慌，无咳嗽、咳痰，无恶心、呕吐，无腹痛、腹泻，胃纳、睡眠可，大小便无异常……
