Abstract: 【Abstract】 Allergic contact dermatitis is a common allergic disease in clinical practice. Patch test is the gold standard for finding and clarifying contact allergens. With the deepening of the understanding of epidemiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of contact dermatitis, as well as the increase in requirements for standardized application of patch tests, the relevant consensus needs to be continuously updated and improved. This consensus is updated on the basis of the version issued in 2015. In this revised version, the selection of clinical indications is refined, the judgment and interpretation of results are improved, and delayed detection and patient education are added. It is hoped that this consensus will help to further standardize clinical application of patch test and improve its value.
