摘要: 【摘要】 人和动物的宏基因组分析表明,特应性皮炎(AD)与肠道和皮肤微生物群的失调有关。微生物多样性的减少可以导致皮肤屏障受损及AD病情加重,肠道微生物群可能通过免疫、代谢和神经内分泌途径参与AD的发生发展。本文综述了宏基因组学在AD微生物研究及治疗领域中的最新应用进展,总结了微生物群落介导AD发病过程中的可能机制,为针对AD的微生态治疗应用提供理论参考。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Metagenomic analyses of humans and animals have showed that atopic dermatitis (AD) is associated with microbiome dysbiosis in the gut and skin. Decrease of microbial diversity can cause damage to skin barrier and aggravation of AD, and gut microbiome may be involved in the occurrence and development of AD through immune, metabolic and neuroendocrine pathways. This review summarizes the latest advances in the application of metagenomics in the field of microbiological research in and treatment of AD, possible mechanisms underlying microbiome-mediated pathogenesis of AD, and provides a theoretical reference for the microecological therapy of AD.
