带状疱疹后粉刺同位反应一例

摘要： 患者男，53岁，因前额中线右侧多发性粉刺40 d，于2018年10月5日就诊。患者2个月前前额中线右侧见成簇水疱伴疼痛，诊断为带状疱疹，予口服伐昔洛韦、甲钴胺等治疗2周后皮损全部消退，疼痛减轻。此后，患者自觉原皮损处有黑色丘疹，局部轻微疼痛。既往体健，否认痤疮粉刺病史……
