摘要： 患者男，64岁，全身红斑、水疱伴痒1个月。就诊前1个月患者无明显诱因躯干、四肢出现红斑，散在少许水疱，于当地医院按“湿疹”予口服药物治疗（具体不详），疗效不佳。既往患结节性痒疹10余年，否认内科疾病史，家族中无相似疾病……
