头面部局限性大疱性类天疱疮二例

摘要： 例1 男，50岁，主因右颊部反复水疱、糜烂伴瘙痒1年，于2016年6月14日就诊于我科。1年前患者无明显诱因右颊部出现红斑、水疱，疱壁厚，不易破，偶摩擦后水疱破溃、结痂，无明显痒痛及其他全身症状，黏膜未累及。1年来，右颊部红斑及水疱此起彼伏，多次于当地医院诊断为单纯疱疹，每次发作给予口服伐昔洛韦300 mg每日2次及外用喷昔洛韦乳膏等治疗后疗效不佳，皮疹一直未完全愈合，加重与缓解交替变化……
