Abstract: This article reports the epidemiology, clinical manifeslations,laboratory landings, and etiological factor of 393 cases of occupational contact mu codermatitis caused by low-grade cotton dust. The T-2 toxin was extracted from the low-grade cottom and it was strongly suspected as the etiological agent. The pathogenicity of T-2 toxin, the possibilily of producing it from Fusarium Moniliforme Sheld, and prophylactic measures were discussed.
