摘要： 本文报导12例挤牛奶者结节,是临床上罕见的一种病岑性皮肤病.它是牛只自然感染存在的一种传染病.病原为副牛痘病毒.先发生于牛乳房.人通过接触而感染发病.症状表现以手部为主,初起粟粒大结节,尔后形成水疤性疤疹,结痴以至自然脱痴愈合.经涂以具有杀菌、止痒和收敛作用的欢膏即可治愈.采取痘苗接种对人和牛都有预防功效.

Abstract: Twelve cases of milker's nodule are reported in this article.The disease is a natural infection of row.The causative agent is parapoxvirus.Human infection occurs when one comes into contact with Cows affected with the teats and udder of the cow.The lesions were mainly localized on the hands.They started as milium-sized aodules,then progressed through vesicular lesions to nodules,and formed crusts over the nodules.The disease is self-limited.Symptomatic treatment may be helpful.
