理发业冷烫液皮炎的调查报告

摘要： 调查141名从事冷烫的理发员,发生冷烫液皮炎者94人,占66.67%.各例手部均有皮损.部份病例延及腕部、面部,20例并有指甲损害,用冷烫液及其成份作了斑试贴验.认为冷烫液皮炎主要属原发性刺激性质.硫基乙酸是主要原发性刺激物.一年后作了防治效果的随访观察.并发现有异位性疾患个人史或家族史者其皮炎更严重和难以见效.对本病提出如下防治建议:①教育新参加冷烫者一开始即戴手套防护.②适当选择参加人员.有异位性素质者不宜作此工作.③试用其他还原剂怅替硫基乙酸.做到既保持冷烫效果,又减免对皮肤的刺激.

Abstract: This investigation was carried out in 141 jaordressers,whose job were to give cold permaaent waves Cold wave soluton dermatitis occurred is 94 cases(66%).All cases had haad dermatitis.Sometimes the lesions spread to the wrists and the face.20 cases also had nail changes.We made patch tests using whole solution and its various components and considered that the cold wave solution dermatitis is maily a primary irritant contact dermatitis.Thiogllycollic acid is a primary irritant.
