摘要： 本文报告了一种发生在贻贝养殖场工人中的皮炎.其发病率占出海作业工人的78多.经现场调查和扫描电镜研究,证实这种皮炎是由贻贝养殖架上缨鳃虫外壳上的刺胞所引起的.在劳动中.加强防护,避免赤手接触缨鳃虫,可有效地防止这种皮炎的发生.

Abstract: This paper reported a dermatitis which occurred among the workers in mussel farms.The incidence of the dermatitis wes 78% is the workers who worked on the sea.Through the investigation in worksite and scanaing electroa microscopy.the dermatitis was confirmed due to contacting with Nematocysts adhered to Sabellidea's shells that grew on the cultivating shelf of mussel.Preventive measures should be taken to avoid contacting with Sabellidea.
