摘要: 本文报告了关于郎格罕氏细胞于免疫排斥过程中具有重要作用的动物实验证据.BN/Ss大鼠H-Y不相容性皮肤移植的排斥反应与移植物本身内的LC密度有关;密度越高越易被排斥.将BNH-Y不相容性皮肤移植物内的LC更替为雌性同种异基因LC后,存活期可明显延渭;但更替为雌性同基因LC后,存活期并不延长.

Abstract: In this paper.evidence in vivo that Langerhans' cells play as important role in immunological rejection is presented. The rejection of H-Y incompatible skin grafts in BN/Ss rats seems related to the Langerhans cell density of the graft per se. The more Langerhaas cells, the higher possibility of being rejected. Survival of these grafts can be obviously prolonged by replacing their Langerhaas cells with aliogeneic but not with spageneic female cells.
