中药藤黄外用治疗带状疱疹及单纯疱疹110例疗效观察及实验研究

摘要： 本文介绍了30%藤黄酊外涂治疗80例带状疱疹及30例单纯疱疹的疗效观察.结果表明藤黄具有显著的疗效.能缩短病程、消炎、止痛.在治疗过程中无任何不良反血同时,实验室进行试管内藤黄对SM44的作用,发现藤黄溶液浓度为10-7g/ml时.即对Sm44-RK7的生长有抑制作用.初步可以认为藤黄对疱疹病毒I型有直接抑制作用.

Abstract: Eighty cases of herpes zoster and 30 cases of herpas simplex ware treated topically with 30% Tr, Garcinia blorella Desv,(GMD),Beneficial results were obtained,30% Tr. GMD presented m marked analgesic and anti-inflammatory action.The course of harpes zoster could be shortened. In tha course of treatment,the side-effects were very rare.We considered that the preparation was an effective therapeutic modality.
