135例皮肌炎的分析报告

摘要： 本文分析135例住院皮肌炎病例,男女比1:1.2,儿童仅6例,2150岁的患者占69.63%.初发症状为皮损者70.54%.皮疹呈多种形态.四肢近端肌群累及者占70%,不同肌群累及可产生不同症状.可有发热、心、肺、肝、肾、消化道、关节、眼等累及.45-53%患者血倩肌浆酶和89.84%患者24小时尿肌酸排出增高.77.27%患者肌电图异常.组织病理检查:皮损无特异性,而病肌呈实质性肌炎.强的松治疗有效合并静滴MTX能提高疗效.并发症以细菌性肺炎最多,上消化道出血次之,为造成死亡的主要原因,死亡率23,70%,伴发癌肿者占8.89%.

Abstract: This article reports an analysis of 135 cases of dermatomyositis admitted in the past 32 years, The male to female ratio was 1:1.2.129 cases, were adults, of whom the age affected was between 21~50 years old, this accounted for 69.63% of total number of cases. The initial symptom presented skin rashes in 70.54% of total cases. The morphology of skin rashes was polymorphous. The muscles of proximal part of extremities involved most commonly, this amounted to 70% of total number of affected muscles. The different muscles groups involved produced different symptoms, Besides, fever might be present. Heart, lung, kidney, Bast ro-intestinal tract, joint, epe etc, could be affected also in various degree.
