皮肤着色霉菌的耐热试验及其临床意义

摘要: 本文对裴氏着色霉菌、紧密着色霉菌、究状瓶霉、皮炎瓶霉和卡氏枝抱霉做了初步耐热试验.观察到:皮炎瓶霉有耐高温的特殊性.经45±1℃处理10天仍能持续生长,而其余4株菌被抑制,但未杀灭.5株菌悬液经90℃处理10分钟、常压下煮沸5分钟和纯培养物经8磅高压蒸汽5分钟.均被完全致死.说明耐热试验对菌种鉴定和临床防治工作有一定指导意义.

Abstract: This article reports the test of heat-tolerance of Fonsecaea pedrosoi,Fonsecaea.compactum,Phialopbore yerrucosa,Wangiella de;matitidis and Cladosporium,ca;rionii.0ur findings show that one of the five strains(Wangiella dermatitidis) has the peculiarity of heat-tolerance and can grow confinually at 45±11℃ for ten days,while the other four strains are inhibited,but not killed,The suspension of these strains are heated at 90℃ for ten minutes and are boiled under normal atmospheric pressure for five minutes,the growing eoIonies of them are treated withsteam under the pressure of eight pounds for five minutes and they are all eradicated.This finding is of some significance in guiding to determination of the species of these fungi and also for prevention and treatment of chromomycosis.
