厌氧棒状杆菌菌苗治疗慢性脓皮病的探讨

摘要： 一本文用厌氧棒状杆菌菌苗治疗20例慢性复发性脓皮病收到满意效果.每周肌注菌苗1~2毫升.10次为一疗程;不并用其胜身疗法,痊愈10,显效6、有效3和无效1例,随访半年以上的14例中痊愈10、显效4例.副作用约占半数一有局部轻痛、红肿、麻木感和发热等,但多在1~2天内恢复.免瘴学检测呈高值的E一花环试验,T细胞计数、IgG;IgM,疗后基本恢复正常.著者认为本菌苗可能有增强吞噬功能,并间起到免疫调节作用.

Abstract: Teroatp patianta with chsoaic relspsiag pyoderna were treated,with corynebacteriuni anaerobic vaccine (CAY)with favourable results. These patients were given CAV 1-2 ml by intramuscular injections, once a-week(without other systemic therapp), 10 injections as a course.Of the 20 cases, 10 were cured,6 markedly-improved, 3 improved and 1 unchanged, Of the 14 cases followed up for more than 6 months, 10 were cured and 4 markedly improved. Half of the patients showed side-effects, such as mild paia, red and swelliag at the injection site,numbaess of the lower, fever etc. They.almost all disappeared 1-2 days.
