原子吸收光谱法测定200例皮肤病患者血清锌值及其意义

摘要: 锌为生物体内重要的微量元索之一,为探索锌与皮肤病之间的关系,采用原子吸收光谱法对银屑病、座疮、黑变扁、白瘾风、毛发红糠疹、过敏性紫瘾升对称性红斑角化症等7种皮肤病共200例,以及65例正常人测定其血清锌值,将结果进行统计学处理土与对照组相比发现银屑病、痊疮、白斑风及毛发红相履疹患者血清锌值明显减低(P<0.001或<0.01)黑变病患者血清值略低(P<0.05).而过敏性紫瘫柏对称性红斑角化症患者血清锌值无大变化(P>0.05).为今后进一步阐明锌与皮肤病的关系,有必要对多种微量元素与皮肤病的关系进行深入研究.

Abstract: Zinc ion is one of the very important trace elements in mankind,aad is responsible for some very important biological actiyities.In order to study the relationship between skin diseases and serum zinc concentrations,serum levels of zinc in 200 cases of psoriasis,acne vulgaris,vitiligo,pityriasis rubra pilaris,keratoerythrodermia symmetrica progressiva(KSP),anaphylactic purpura and melanosis and in 65 healthy individuals as control were recorded by atomic absorption spectrometric method.The mean values of zinc in each group were treated statistically.
