雷公藤洽疗103例系统性红斑狼疮

摘要： 本文采用中草药雷公藤治疗103例系统性红斑狼疮,其中94例(91.2%)取得了不同程度的疗效.具体表现在临床症状、体征、一般实验室检查以及免疫功能测定均有改善犷在作用机理研究方面,研究结果提示雷公藤可以影响免疫功能和具有“活血化盛”作用.

Abstract: One.hundred and,three cases of SLE were successfully treated with the Chinese herbal drug Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook F(TWHF).Ninety four cases (91:2%) had effectiveness of varying degree,including improvement of the symptoms,signs,laboratory,findings and immunological changes.It is suggested that TWHF may influence the immunological function and "activating blood and relievingstasis".
