摘要： 带状疤疹是临床上常见的疾病.为疤疹病毒感染所引起.本文对疤疹病毒的形态及其在细胞内繁殖的过程进行了重点观察.

Abstract: Skin lesions of 4 cases with herpes zoster were studied by light and electron microscope.The biopsy specimens were divided into two parts,one part was fixed in 10% neutral formalin,the other part redivided into a few small pieces and fixed in 2.6% paraldehyde fixation for electron microscopic examination.
