摘要： 患者男，36岁。因左上臂皮疹伴轻度瘙痒3个月于2011年6月7日来我科就诊。患者3个月前发现左上臂及背部有带状色素沉着斑，轻度瘙痒，自行外涂复方醋酸地塞米松霜，瘙痒减轻，但皮疹消退不明显，遂来我院就诊。患者既往体健，家族中无类似疾病患者……
