聚合酶链反应检测生殖器疣与癌中人乳头瘤病毒

Detection and Typing of Human Papillomavirus in Biopsy Specimens of Genital Warts and Cancers Using the Polymerase Chain Reaction Technique

摘要: 一种新建立的总引物介导的聚合酶链反应(PCR)可用以检测多种人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型别.结果:HPV DNA片段检出率:生殖器疣98%(98/100)、阴茎表皮肉瘤Ⅲ级80%(10/12)、宫颈上皮内启 80%(12/15)、阴茎鳞癌80%(16/20)及宫颈鳞癌90%(27/30);其中,95%(93/98)的生殖器疣中检出ⅢHPV6、11,而生殖器癌中HPV16伴同率为88%(38/43).上述结果提示;PCR技术系检测病因疑为HPV的非典型增生及癌中HPV病原的有效方法,HPV6、11和HPV16分别为本地区生殖器HPV感染良、恶性病变中之流行型别.

Abstract: A newly developed general primer-mediated polymerase chain reaction technique (PCR) was used to analyze human papillomavirus (HPV) in 177 specimens of genital warts and cancers.The results:HPV DNA sequences were found in 98% (98/100) genital warts,83% (10/12) PIN M,80% (12/15) CIN Ⅲ 80% (16/20) penile squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and 90% (27/30) cervical SCC' Of the cases that contain viral DNA,Ⅲ HPV-6,11 were detected in 95% (93/98) genital warts,and HPV-16 in 88% (38/43) genital SCC.These results indicate:(l) PCR is a useful approacll for detecting HPV in dysplastic and SCC suspected of having an HPV aetiology,(2) In Chongqing area,HPV-6,11 and HPV 16 are the prevalent HPV types iii benign and malignant genital lesions respectively
