萱草花提取液及表皮生长因子对人真皮成纤维细胞增殖的作用

Effects of Extract from Hemerocallis Citrina Barroni (EHCB) and Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) on Human Dermal Fibroblast Proliferation

摘要: 来自5位正常成人真皮的成纤维细胞分别用萱草花提取液(EHCB)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、以及EHCB加EGF处理7天.通过计算各组成纤维细胞数来分析成纤维细胞的增生.结果表明:EHCB能抑制成纤维细胞增生(P<0.01),而EGF却能增强成纤维细胞增生(P<0.01).有趣的是,在EHCB加EGF组中成纤维细胞增生远不如EGF组中明显.并就EHCB及EGF对成纤维细胞增生作用的可能药理机制进行了讨论.

Abstract: Human dermal fibroblasts from 5 normal adult donors were treated with EHCB, EGF, and EHCB combined with EGF for 7 days respectively.The fibroblast proliferation in each group was determined by counting the cell numbers.Our data indicate that EHCB inhibits the fibroblast proliferation(P<0.01), whereas EGF enhances the fibroblast proliferation (P<0.01).Interestingly, in the group of EHCB plus EGF,fibroblast proliferation was far more slow than that in EGF group.The article also discusses the possible pharmacological mechanism of EHCB and EGF on fibroblast proliferation.
