外耳道乳头状瘤人乳头瘤病毒DNA的研究

摘要： 研究了14例外耳道乳头状瘤的15个皮损,组织病理学上所有病例均呈乳头瘤样增生,5例在棘层上方有少数灶性空泡细胞,空泡细胞的超微结构发现其染色质周围颗粒和染色质间颗粒数增多,核小体易见,未发现典型的病毒颗粒.用聚合酶链反应检测发现所有标本均含有HPV6,未发现有HPVS、11、16、18、31和33.结果说明外耳道乳头状瘤是由HPV6感染所致.

Abstract: We examined 15 specimens from 14 patients with papilloma of external auditory canal.Histopathologi-cally, all cases revealed papillomatosis.A few focal vacuoular cells on the upper part of the stratum malpighil were found in 5 cases.Ultrastructually, in the vacuoular cell, the number of perichromatin granuies and inter-chromatin granules and nuclear bodies were increased.No virus granule was present.HPV6 was detected in all specimens by means of polymerase chain reaction.No HPV 8, 11, 16, 18, 31 and 33 were found.These results suggest that papilloma of external auditory canal is caused by HPV6 infection.
