系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血单一核细胞C-myc原癌基因的表达

Preliminary Study on the Expression of C-myc Protooncogene in SLE Patients

摘要: 用地高辛配体标记探针的细胞原位杂交技术对31例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)C-myc原癌基因mRNA表达进行了检测,并在此基础上观察其与疾病活动性及ANA、抗dsDNA抗体、IgG、补体C3等免疫指标的关系.结果显示:SLE患者C-myc mRNA水平较正常人显著增高,并与疾病活动性一致;SLE患者C-myc基因mRNA表达水平与ANA、抗dsDNA抗体、IgG、C3均有相关关系.上述结果提示:C-myc基因在SLE发病过程中具有重要意义,C-myc基因与SLE关系的研究,有助于从分子水平上探讨SLE的发病机制.

Abstract: By means of cell hybridization in situ with digoxigenin labeled probe,we detected the expression of C-myc protooncogene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 31 SLE patients and 10 healthy persons.The results showed that the level of C-myc mRNA in SLE patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls,and the increased level correlated with disease activity.There was also a positive correlation between C-myc mRNA and serum levels of ANA,anti-ds DNA,IgG,C3.Our study indicates that C-myc gene is important for the pathogenesis of SLE.
