安体舒通及丹参酮抗金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑增生的研究

摘要： 为了研究安体舒通及丹参酮的外用制剂是否具有抑制皮脂腺增生的作用,我们对1%氧氟沙星霜,1%复方氧氟沙星霜(含0.3%安体舒通),0.3%安体舒通霜,0.3%安体舒通异丙醇液,5%丹参酮霜和5%丹参酮二甲基亚砜液对成年雄性金黄地鼠背部皮脂腺斑的作用进行了研究。受检药物涂于金黄地鼠背部右侧斑,左侧斑不予涂药作为对照,每日涂2次。结果发现:1%氧氟沙星霜无抑制皮脂腺斑作用,1%复方氧氟沙星霜与0.3%安体舒通霜的抑制皮脂腺斑生长作用相同,表明复方氧氟沙星中的氧氟沙星不影响安体舒通发挥作用;0.3%安体舒通异丙醇液作用较0.3%安体舒通霜强。5%丹参酮的抗皮脂腺增生作用明显强于0.3%安体舒通。

Abstract: The effectsoftopicalapplication of 1% ofloxacin cream, 1% ofloxacin com pound cream (containing 0.3% spironolactone), 0.3% spironolactone in isopropyl alcohol and 5% Tanshinone cream on the flank organsofadultm ale Syrian ham sters were investigated. Allthe agents were applied on the right flank organs twice per day, while the left were untreated. The results showed that 1% ofloxacin cream had no effecton the flank organs. The effect of 1% ofloxacin compound cream on the flank organs was equalto that of 0.3% spironolactone cream, this indicated that the ofloxacin in 1% of loxacin compound cream had no influence on the action of spironolactone. The effect of 0.3% spironolactone in isopropyl alcoholw as stronger than that of 0.3% spironolactone cream. The seba-ceous gland-suppressive action ofTanshinone was markedly stronger than thatofspironolactone.
