过敏性接触性皮炎反应中浸润T细胞类型研究

Study of the Type of Infiltrating T Cells in Allergic Contact Dermatitis

摘要: 为了观察过敏性接触性皮炎(ACD)反应浸润T细胞的类型,本实验用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)及免疫组化方法对18例ACD急性期患者皮损进行了白介素2mRNA及白介素2、γ干扰素、白介素4表达的研究。结果:与对照组织相比,绝大多数ACD标本有Th1型细胞因子的表达,且定位于真、表皮浸润的淋巴细胞胞浆中。结果提示ACD反应是以Th1型细胞增殖为主的反应。

Abstract: In order to investigate the type of infiltrating T cells in allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) reaction, by the methods of RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry, we tried to detect IL-2mRNA, IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4 in the lesions of patients with ACD. The results showed that Th1 cytokines were expressed aberrantly in ACD patients and Th1-like clone which secrets IL-2, IFN-γ appeared to be predominant in ACD reaction.
