系统性红斑狼疮患者HLA-DRB1、DQB1易感基因的研究

Study on HLA-DRB1, DQB1 Allele Susceptibility to Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘要: 目的 探索 HLA-DRB1、DQB1等位基因多态性与系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)的易感性关系。方法 用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)方法,对104例健康人和32例SLE患者的HLA-DRB1、DRB3、DRB4、DQB1等位基因进行研究。结果和结论 SLE患者中基因频率升高的有HLA-DRB1*15 (P<0.05,RR=2.3),HLA-DRB1*16 (P<0.05,RR=4.86),而DRB1*04明显低于对照组;未发现DQB1*04等位基因。

Abstract: Objective To explore the allelic polymorphism of HLA-DRB1,DQB1 loci and suscepti-bility to systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP) were used to study HLA-DRB1,DRB3,DRB4and DQB1,alleles in 32 patients with SLE and 104 healthy controls. Results and Conclusion The results showed that the frequencies of DRB1*15 (P<0.05,RR=2.3) and DRB1*16 (P<0.05,RR=4.86) were significanly higher in SLE patients than those of controls,and DRB1*04 allele significantly lower (P<0.05,RR=0.303) which indicates that it might be a protective allele.DQB1*04 allele was not found,in this study.
