麻风畸残防治及康复现场试点效果观察

Results of Field Trial of POD and Rehabilitation in Leprosy

摘要： 目的 探讨在现场条件下开展畸残防治及康复工作的可行性和效果 方法 按照全国统一的标准和原则在14个试点省(市)选择了27959例患者或治愈患者, 开展周围神经炎的防治研究(1407例), 自我护理训练的效果观察(10500例), 防护鞋的推广使用和观察(8200例), 截肢患者的假肢安装、维修和观察(613例), 复杂性足底溃疡的综合防治研究(1804例), 和麻风畸形的修复外科治疗的效果观察(269例).结果 通过神经炎的早期发现(197例)和治疗(193例), 大多数患者(166例)神经功能恢复或改善;10500例自我护理训练的患者中, 6743例掌握了自我护理、溃疡、皲裂、视力减退等继发性损害明显得到控制;1055例患者的复杂性足底溃疡完全愈合;接受假肢(613例)和外科手术(269例)的患者, 不仅功能恢复, 外观也得到了较大程度的改善.结论 在现场条件下开展畸残防治和康复工作可行, 值得进一步推广.

Abstract: Objective To study the feasibility and reslt of the implemenLation of Prevention of Disability(POD)and rehabilitation of leprosy in the fields.Methods According to the national erileria and principles on leprosy ease selection.27 959 eases or cured patients in 14 pilot areas were seleeed for the tbllowing projects:early detection and traitfing(10500).prevention and treatment of peripheral neuritis(1407) provision and follow-up of protective footwears(8200)and prosthesis(613), comprehensive therapy of complieated ulcers(1804)and reconstructive surgery(269).Results Nerve function improved or recovered in most of eases(166)out of 193 eases in those treated with corticosteroids.Out of the 10500 disabled affeeted hv leprosy receiving self-care training, 6743 eases were proficient in self-care and their sceondary impairments ineludiag deers, cracks, vision loss, etc.reduced or markedly improved.heers healed in I055 eases out of 1804 with complicated ulcers.The function anti appearance got improvement very much in the cured patients who got prosthesis and reconstructive surger.Conclusion it is feasible to implement POD and rehabihtation project field conditions, and is worthy to be popularized.
