系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血单一核细胞CD40L表达增加及其临床意义

Increased Expression of CD40L on PBMC in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘要: 目的 了解CD40L在SLE患者自身抗体及免疫复合物形成中的作用.方法 采用流式细胞计数仪,对10例活动期SLE、10例缓解期SLE患者外周血单一核细胞CD40L的表达进行了研究.结果 活动期SLE组CD40L表达在抗CD3单抗刺激前后均显着高于正常对照组,而缓解期SLE组T细胞在抗CD3单抗刺激前的CD40L表达在正常范围内,在刺激后显着高于正常对照组.结论 SLE中CD40-CD40L途径存在缺陷,为进一步探讨SLE的发病机制提供了线索.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of CD40L in the production of autoantibody and immune complex-mediated tissue damage. Methods The expression of CD40L on PBMC in patients with active or remission SLE was examined by flowcytometry. Results The CD40L expression in pateints with active SLE increased significantly before and after the stimulation of anti-CD3 mAb in comparison with normal controls. However, the CD40L expression in patients with remission SLE was normal before the stimulation and increased significantly after the stimulation of anti CD3 mAb. Conclusion There is a defect of the CD40-CD40L pathway in SLE.
