重要条件致病真菌感染组织免疫组化研究

摘要: 目的 探索在组织中鉴定重要条件致病真菌的组织病理学方法。方法 对实验小鼠白念珠菌感染组织和可疑念珠菌、隐球菌和曲霉感染的临床组织病理标本进行PAS染色和免疫组化染色,并比较了两种方法的敏感性。结果 兔抗白念珠菌多克隆抗体、兔抗新生隐球菌多克隆抗体和鼠抗曲霉单克隆抗体可以分别鉴定组织中的白念珠菌、新生隐球菌和曲霉。免疫组化和PAS染色的敏感性差异无显著性。结论 免疫组化为组织中确定真菌和鉴定真菌种属提供了新的可靠方法,有助于临床诊断,因而具有广阔应用前景。

Abstract: Objective To establish histopathological methods which can identify opportunistic fungi in tissues. Methods PAS stain and immunostaining on the specimens from infected mice and clinical specimens were employed. Polyclonal anti-Candida albicans, polyclonal anti-Crpytococcus neoformans and monoclonal anti-Aspergillus antibodies were used in immunostaining. Results Candida albicans, Crpytococcus neoformans and Aspergillus spp in infected tissues could be specifically identified by immunostaining. No statistically significant differences of sensitivity between immunostaining and PAS stain were found. Conclusion Immunostaining is a reliable method to identify fungi in infected tissues, it might be used in the diagnosis of deep mycosis.
