他克莫司外用治疗皮肤病的进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 他克莫司(tacrolimus,又名FK506)是一种具有免疫活性的大环内酯类抗生素,有很强的免疫抑制作用,其效力比环孢素强10～100倍,已较广泛地应用于抑制人体器官移植后的免疫排斥反应,也在各种自身免疫性疾病的治疗中取得了较好的效果.系统性用药治疗皮肤病已经获得了一定的成功,但其巨大的全身不良作用限制了它的应用.近年来,随着其外用制剂的产生,拓展了它在皮肤科应用的领域,在此作简单介绍.
