585 nm脉冲染料激光治疗跖疣113例临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of 585 nm pulsed dye laser for the treatment of plantar wart: 113 case reports

摘要:

目的:利用585nm脉冲染料激光治疗跖疣并分析临床疗效。方法:采取回顾性的研究分析,总结分析了113例使用脉冲染料激光治疗和89例使用Nd:YAG激光治疗的跖疣患者资料。分析疗效与年龄、病程、疣体数量、治疗次数等的关系。结果:脉冲染料激光组有效率达100%,痊愈达76.1%。疗效与疣体数量、治疗次数有关。副作用发生率低,无一例出现严重副作用。Nd:YAG激光治疗复发率高,副作用大。结论:脉冲染料激光治疗跖疣是一种无创、有效、安全的方法。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of 113 cases of verruca plantaris treated by the pulsed dye laser at 585nm. Methods: 113 cases of verruca plantaris were treated with the 585-nm pulsed dye laser and 89 cases were treated with the Nd:YAG laser. The efficacy was analyzed according to the age, duration,session of treatment, and number of wart. Result: In PDL group, the clearance rate was 76.1%, and the total effective rate was 100%. Clearance rate was related to the number of wart and session of treatment. There were no cases that developed scar. Only a few cases got temporary post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation and blister. In Nd:YAG group, relapse rate was high,and side effects occurred more frequently than PDL. Conclusion: The 585-nm pulsed dye laser is non-invasive, effective and safe in the treatment of verruca plantaris.
