摘要：

[摘要] 目的：探讨5-氟尿嘧啶联合确炎舒松治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果。方法：56例患者平均分两组，对照组用确炎舒松和利多卡因各1ml注射瘢痕，治疗组在此基础上加用5-氟尿嘧啶0.2ml分三层局部注射瘢痕6次。结果：两组治愈率比较差异有显著性。结论：5-氟尿嘧啶联合确炎舒松治疗瘢痕疙瘩效果好。

Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of 5-fluorouracil combined with triamcinolone in keloid. Methods： 56 patients were divided into two groups：control group average with triamcinolone and lidocaine each 1ml injection scar，the treatment group based on this add with 5-fluorouracil 0.2ml mils three lagers local injections of scar 6. Results： Two groups of cure were obvious difference in statistics. Conclusion： 5-fluorouracil combined with triamcinolone contented treatment keloid effect is good.
