银屑胶囊联合复方氨肽素片治疗寻常性银屑病临床观察

[摘要] 目的：观察银屑胶囊联合复方氨肽素片治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法：110例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组：治疗组56例内服银屑胶囊、复方氨肽素片，外用5%水杨酸软膏；对照组54例除不用银屑胶囊外，其余用药同治疗组。连续用药8周为1疗程，治疗期间患者每周复诊1次。1个疗程结束后判定疗效，随访12周。结果：1疗程后治疗组和对照组总有效率比较具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。随访12周治疗组复发2人（3.57%），对照组复发4人（7.40%）。结论：两者联合使用，疗效显著，复发率低，为安全、有效、副反应少的治疗方案。

Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of yinxie pill and compound antaisu on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods and Materials: 110 patients were randomly separated into two group observation group of 56 cases with oral adm in istration of yinxie pill, compound antaisu, and extemal application of 5% salicylic acid ointment with continuous 8 weeks as a course, control group of 54 cases with the same treatment except for yinxie pill. Patients had return visit every week during treatment period, with an additional follow-up visit at 12 weeks after the whole course. Results: Healing rate and total efficacy of observation group was significantly different from control guoup after 1 course（P＜0.05）. 2 cases is recurrence in observation group, the recurrence rate is 3.57%, 4 cases are recurrence in control group, the recurrence rate is 7.40%. Conclusion: Combination of yinxie pill and compound antaisu is effective, safe, low recurrence rate and with little side effect.
