变应性肉芽肿病一例

摘要：

报告一例变应性肉芽肿病。患者，女，33岁，过敏性哮喘6年，伴外周血嗜酸性粒细胞增高。2月来出现双下肢丘疹、结节、溃疡伴瘢痕形成，腓肠肌疼痛2周，皮损病理示血管炎和嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞浸润，确诊为变应性肉芽肿病。

Abstract:

A case of Allergic Granulomatosis was reported. A 33-year old women had asthma for 6 years with hypereosinophilia. She had multiple papules, nodules, ulcers for 2 months. She also experienced gastrocnemiu ache for 2 weeks. Histopathology of the skin lesions showed vasculitis with neutrophil and eosinophil infiltration. Allergic granulomatosis was diagnosed.
