摘要：

【摘要】目的通过检测生殖器疱疹患者Toll样受体9（TLR9）及血清IL-13、IL-15水平，从天然免疫角度探讨生殖器疱疹的发病机制。方法收集生殖器疱疹患者56例及健康对照者27例，应用流式细胞术检测外周血TLR9的表达；用ELISA法检测血清IL-13、IL-15水平。结果生殖器疱疹组外周血TLR9及血清IL-13水平的表达高于对照组，两者差异有显著性（P<0.01）。血清IL-15的表达水平两组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TLR9参与人体识别生殖器疱疹病毒的免疫过程，并诱发Th2型免疫应答。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the pathogenesis of genital herpes from the view of innate immune response through detecting the expressions of TLR9,IL-13and IIL-15.Methods Fifty-six cases of genital herpes and 27 healthy controls were collected.Flow Cytometer method was used to detect the expression of TLR9 in the peripheral blood;ELISA assay was used to detect the expression of IL-13 and IL-15 in the serum.Results The expression of TLR9,IL-13 in the genital herpes group were higher than which of the controls. There was significance difference between these two groups.But,serum IL-15 levels was no difference between these two groups.Conclusions TLR9 participated in the immunologic process to the herpes simplex virus and induced Th2 immune response.
