坏死松解性游走性红斑一例

Necrolytic migratory erythema: a case report

摘要：

报告1例坏死松解性游走性红斑。患者男，33岁。下肢、躯干反复起红斑伴瘙痒7年。皮损组织病理检查显示典型坏死松解性游走性红斑的组织病理改变报告1例坏死松解性游走性红斑。患者男，33岁。下肢、躯干反复起红斑伴瘙痒7年。皮损组织病理检查显示典型坏死松解性游走性红斑的组织病理改变。腹部B超及CT检查提示胰腺头颈部肿瘤伴肝脏转移。。腹部B超及CT检查提示胰腺头颈部肿瘤伴肝脏转移。

Abstract:

A case of necrolytic migratory erythema is reported. A 33-year-old man presented with erythemas over trunk and low extremities for 7 years. Histologic examinations suggested necrolytic migratory erythema. B ultrasonograph and computer tomography for abdomen showed pancreas tumor with liver metastasis.
