α-甲酰基辅酶A消旋酶在原发性乳房外Paget病中的表达

Expression of alpha-methylacyl-CoA racemase in tissue of extramammary paget’s disease

摘要:

目的 研究α-甲酰基辅酶A消旋酶(AMACR)在原发性乳房外Paget病中表达的特点及意义。 方法 免疫组化法检测AMACR在30例原发性乳房外Paget病中的表达。 结果 30例原发性EMPD中17例AMACR表达阳性,阳性率为56.7%。 结论 AMACR在原发性EMPD中有较高的阳性率,对诊断有所帮助,但AMACR不能作为鉴别原发性和继发性EMPD的免疫组化标记物。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the expression of AMACR in primary extramammary Paget’s disease. Methods By using immunohistochemical methods, we examined the expression of AMACR on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue samples from 30 patients with EMPD without associated visceral mallignant noplasms or adnexal carcinoma. Results AMACR was indentified in 17 of 30 cases. The AMACR expression rate of EMPD was 56.7%. Conclusions AMACR can’t be a special maker for distinguish of primary and secondary EMPD.
