摘 要：报告1例皮肤弹性过度综合征。患儿女，7岁。双下肢易受外伤，伤口不易愈合4年。皮损组织病理检查示：表皮无异常。真皮胶原纤维纤细、断裂，着色浅淡，排列疏松。弹力纤维染色：弹力纤维明显增多。病理诊断：皮肤弹力过度性皮肤。诊断：皮肤弹性过度综合征。

Abstract:

[Abstract] A case of Ehlers-Danlos syndromes is reported. A 7- year- old girl has had hurt her crura easily and the injury healed up uneasily for 4 years. The histopathology of skin lesions showed the collagen fibers of the dermis became thin, disconnection and the pigmentation was light. Weigert- van Gieson staining showed the quantity of elastic fibers increased obviously. Diagnose: Ehlers-Danlos syndromes.
