早期梅毒患者外周血单一核细胞Toll样受体2的表达

摘要： 目的：观察早期梅毒患者外周血中TOLL样受体2表达水平的变化，探讨TLR2在早期梅毒免疫学发病机制中的作用。方法：采用双色免疫荧光抗体染色流式细胞仪检测59例梅毒患者外周血TLR2的表达水平，以20例正常人作为对照组。结果：早期梅毒患者TLR2表达的阳性率显著低于正常对照组，二者差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)；显性梅毒患者外周血TLR2表达的阳性率显著低于隐性梅毒组，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。结论：在显性梅毒患者外周血中TLR2的表达水平低下，而在隐性梅毒患者组中TLR2的表达水平与正常对照组相似，提示显性梅毒患者体内可能缺乏非特异性免疫反应，TLR2可能反映了机体的免疫功能状态。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To explore the expressions of Toll-like receptor2 (TLR2) and the role in the pathogenesis of early syphilitic patients. Methods The expression of toll-like receptor 2 in peripheral blood monocytes was detected by flowcytometry with two-colour immunofluorescent staining in 59 early syphilitic patients and 20 healthy controls. Results The expression of toll-like receptor 2 in peripheral blood monocytes of early syphilitic patients was singnificantly lower than those in the controls（p＜0.001), and TLR2 expressed on monocytes from symptomatic syphilis patients was markedly lower than latent syphilis（p＜0.001). Conclusions The expression rate of TLR2 in peripheral blood with symptomatic syphilis is significantly lower, and the expression rate of TLR2 with latent syphilis is no difference and that of normal controls. The study suggests that there was absence innate immune response with symptomatic syphilis and TLR2 may reflect immunologic states.
